Treatment Eligibility
At Glow Lash and Brow Studio, we prioritise the safety and well-being of our clients. To ensure the best experience and minimise any risks, we do not perform treatment on clients who:

Are under the age of 18.

Are pregnant or lactating.

Have had surgery on the eyes, head, or face within the last 12 months.

Have contagious conditions.
-
Have medical condition(s) that would render treatment unsuitable.
Arrivals
Arriving on time (or a few minutes early) keeps everything running smoothly and ensures you get the full benefit of your service.
Payments, Cancellations & Appointment Policies
To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for both clients and our business, we have the following policies in place:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.

Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations, changes within 48 hours, or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.

A 10-minute grace period applies for late arrivals before the booking is cancelled.

Card details are securely stored on file for all appointments.
Appointment Guest Policy

To ensure a calm, safe, and focused environment for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. Unfortunately, children and additional guests cannot be accommodated in the salon.
This policy allows us to:

Give you our full attention and the best possible service.

Maintain a quiet, relaxing space for all clients.

Ensure safety, as salon tools and equipment are not suitable for children.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create the best experience for you.
Refunds
Please note that under no circumstances do we offer refunds or partial refunds for any services or deposits. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the highest level of service to all clients.
Reactions
If you experience any adverse reactions, please notify us promptly and seek immediate medical attention from a qualified medical practitioner. We are not liable for any medical expenses, and by proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you will not hold us responsible for any such reactions.
